MoMac Team Hits the NZ Warriors NRL Game in Christchurch!
At MoMac, we’re all about creating awesome experiences — not just for our clients, but for our team too. With the One New Zealand Warriors bringing an NRL game to Christchurch in 2025, we knew it was the perfect chance to get the crew together for a night out.
While not everyone at MoMac would call themselves a sports fanatic, the energy of a live Warriors game is hard to resist. The atmosphere was electric right from the start, with a moving ANZAC tribute delivered by the NZ Defence Force setting a special tone for the evening. As the game kicked off, even the newbies quickly got into the spirit of rugby league — it’s fast-paced, high-energy, and easy to follow.
At halftime, the entertainment continued with none other than Savage taking the stage for a classic Kiwi hip hop performance, bringing a big dose of nostalgia and hype to the stadium.
The cherry on top? The Warriors pulled off a brilliant win over the Newcastle Knights — and judging by the celebrations in the stands, we weren’t the only ones loving it! 🏉👌
In true MoMac fashion, we even whipped up a last-minute fan poster just to get amongst the atmosphere and show our support. It’s fair to say the creative spirit is strong with this team — even outside of the office!
Moments like these are what build great team culture, and we’re stoked to have shared such an awesome night together. Plus, we might have even converted a few new Warriors fans along the way… 😅
